Tasting notes
Although it is rarely grown outside Luxembourg, Auxerrois is a fascinating wine with a wide range of different aromas. It displays an expressive palate of melon, mirabelle and citrus fruit with a slightly spicy finish. This fruity delight combines freshness and elegance, with a low acidity, making it very enjoyable.

Food pairings
Auxerrois is the perfect match for Asian cuisine, fish in a light sauce or asparagus.
